Company Update: CFO Dr. Jens Schulte decided to leave ThyssenKrupp to join Deutsche Boerse as the company new CFO. He Is? also supposed to be the acting as CHRO, which is a key position at the time of restructuring. Timing of the move is still unclear and probably being discussed.
In all, the plot is thickening at ThyssenKrupp at a time when decisions regarding Steel Europe must be made.??
