I have not taken a thyroid tablet in over 7 years. While I did take them in the past, for 6 whole years - my dosage was even doubled during my pregnancy! I was told I would have to take these medicines for life, until I knew better and realised that my body has the power to heal itself. It's your choice whether you want to be lazy and pop a tablet or maintain your thyroid health with or without medicines. (I chose the latter) Here's what how I do it! ?
