Tell us about your role at Mass General Brigham and your role within the ERG you were nominated by.
I am the director of the Endpoint Engineering and Operations department within Mass General Brigham Digital. Our team is responsible for the strategic and tactical lifecycle of the majority of devices throughout the Mass General Brigham community.? This includes but is not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.

How has this ERG positively impacted you?
The Black Excellence Employee Resource Group has been very impactful working at Mass General Brigham.? This group has provided me with the ability to connect with system employees of common backgrounds and characteristics.? This has been extremely valuable as we have been able to exchange professional experiences and perspectives working at Mass General Brigham, fostering a sense of inclusion, and belonging beyond the day-to-day work.

What has been your favorite experience while participating in this ERG and what are you looking forward to in the next few months??
My favorite part of participating in the Black Excellence ERG has been helping develop the mentoring program with the Black ERG Mentor leadership team. I have had the pleasure of participating as a mentor in the Mass General Brigham Diversity Mentoring program for the last 2 years. Utilizing the experiences from that group, I've been able to share what has gone well and the challenges we've had to overcome to help design a low pressure, high engagement experience for the mentors and mentees in the Black Excellence ERG.? The mentoring leadership team just completed our inaugural session of the program and working on fine tuning our charter to prepare for 2nd session!
