1 年Ram Chandnani agree ?? and would add Tier 3 cities as well as the NHAI is quickly transforming the travel / commutation experience for the Tier 3 cities with tier 2 and that would result in to the influx of manpower to T3 from T2 and not vice Versa. This has got clear implications coming out of inflation and slackening economic activity making T3 and T2 cities more viable and profitable for businesses.

1 年About time, Tier 2 & 3 cities supply manpower to Tier 1, to the extent of 40% to 60%. Organisations in the past failed to expand Tier 2 & 3 operations as the talent wanted to migrate to Tier 1 for better job prospects. But not this is changing. Several organisations are moving to Tier 2 & 3. Next decade belongs to them.
