Thriving in Crazy Times

Lately, I’ve been hearing from more people than ever who feel, well, frazzled. The world is changing rapidly. Everything—stocks, opportunities, challenges, moods—seem to go up and down.

Maybe this resonates with you: You’ve built a career and life based on your own hard work and resilience. You’re used to standing on your own, making your own way. But lately, the old approaches don’t seem to go as far. The stakes are higher, the pace is relentless, and while you’re working harder than ever, it’s getting more challenging to find that core of clarity and energy.

I've been in that space, too.

I've wondered if I can keep pace with both my own dreams and the changes sweeping through society.

It’s no small feat. I know that having a network of true allies, of people who will lift you up and keep you steady, isn’t just helpful; it’s essential. (Thanks, Marshall Goldsmith and friends for teaching me so much over the past six years.)

That’s why I am launching the Aperture program. It give you the ability to establish a small, tight-knit community. It gives you direct access to my own experience and expertise.

It’s for people who want to get to their core truths and realize their real potential—without going it alone.

Aperture is about forming a powerful, close-knit circle of peers and gaining the kind of guidance and feedback you’d usually find only with top executive coaches (but at a small fraction of the cost).

One of my favorite things to do with members is a Story Session. Part of each gathering is devoted to one member's journey. That person shares where they are going, what's easy and what's hard. The rest of us listen with our full attention. These sessions often uncover hidden desires and unexpected insights—ones that get pushed aside in the day-to-day.

No kidding, magic happens.

Such programs are about more than professional development. They offer a place to dig deep, to challenge yourself and others, and to help each other move through whatever roadblocks are keeping you stuck. The friendships that develop are real. And the momentum? Life-changing.
