#ThriveNews - September Edition
Hello!
As we enjoy the end of this vibrant season, we're thrilled to reflect on a summer filled with remarkable global events and significant milestones (and we don’t include in this list the queue for Oasis tickets!). This year, the world has been captivated by the Paris Olympics and Paralympics, where athletes have showcased exceptional talent, determination, and resilience, uniting people worldwide in admiration and celebration. The UEFA Euro 2024 tournament has also brought a sense of togetherness and excitement, reigniting our passion for football and the spirit of teamwork — values we hold dear in our industry.
We have been busy at Russam making key placements to help our clients as they drive performance and transform. We are pleased to announce the successful placements of key leaders such as Andy Fletcher, who has taken on the role of CEO at Muscular Dystrophy UK, and Jeremy Garman, appointed as Commercial Director for AJM Healthcare’s Private Pay division. ?
At Russam, we are unwavering in our commitment to identifying and nurturing talent that makes a difference. Just as the world's athletes have shown the heights of human potential, we believe in the potential of every candidate we place to excel and lead their teams to success.
As we move into the second half of 2024, our focus remains on connecting great people with great opportunities, ensuring every placement is a step towards a brighter future for both the individual and the organisation.
We hope you enjoy the newsletter. Thank you for being a valued part of our community. Here's to an Autumn of continued growth, success, and collaboration!
All the best,
Jason Atkinson and the Russam Team
