Thrive In Change

DO we Thrive In Changes?

Organizations are no longer purely driven by the lingering consequences of where covid left us - we have taken the next step into the “next normal” of work, facing the reality of a rebalance in the workforce and what contributes better outcomes while navigating the consistency of continuous changes.

Luckily there is a global rise in employees thriving at work, but still, the stress level is at a record high. We hear it again and again - because it's a factual problem!

Often this problem is mentioned in the context of economic issues; however, it IS an economic challenge! But much worse: it's about human beings!!


When I was leading big change management processes/turnarounds, my First & Most Important Focus was: How can I be sure these humans are thriving?

I did not always have the answers! But it was my personal first and foremost mission to find those answers!!

And when coaching CEOs in these crazy times of continuous changes, I have the same mission: Making your employees Thrive = Your Prosperity & Growth! Humans are our times ROI - it is the best investment in your business.

Many leaders are afraid to talk about emotions, well-being, or stress at work. We need to communicate about the good and the bad, as in any other relationship.


I guarantee it's NOT difficult, it actually gives you a LOT of credit, if you do this:

  • Create Great Relationships with your employees from day 1
  • Show your own strengths and weaknesses - were all just humans
  • STOP setting Goals that keep us in a struggling mood, most people are

What Humans have in common is that we Love to Work for something bigger than ourselves - being a part of a Vision on the way - doing it Together, is Gold! We don't have to struggle for some (unrealistic) goals - we are in a process together!

Thats all!!

I've seen this too many times in my life: we often seek something deeper and more profound when we get hit: sick, burned out, lose a relative, or feel empty.

But WHY wait? Feeling overloaded and burned out is a global epidemic - Now is the time to be the leader that people need - it's your way of retaining your people.


My question is: How can we, together redefine how we work and live our lives - daring DO what we Dream of, taking in Ideas, Innovative, Creative Thinking that initiates higher standards to make a better world?


Basically, I believe we can do MUCH better - redefining workplaces where people Thrive, and not get sick from going to that place.

My short answer here is: Going Deep - STOP believing in what others are saying, but finding your own answers inside your own business context + talking about it.

Just by taking a few steps from these ideas - I've seen people suddenly being happy, doing what they thought was impossible, privately or professionally - often we really don't know how to get there, before we do - but it takes the Deep Work!


Remember: "We are just humans going to work", as I used to say when I was a leader. I love the enthusiasm among Thiving Employees ??
