Thrive Behavioral Health Names Seasoned Non-Profit Leader as Vice President of Finance and Administration?
Rhode Island native Mary Springer brings 25 years of financial leadership experience?
WARWICK, R.I. – Thrive Behavioral Health, one of RI’s leading providers of comprehensive mental health services,has announced the addition of Mary Springer as Vice President of Finance and Administration to their leadership team. With 25 years of experience working alongside some of Rhode Island’s leading non-profit organizations, Springer is a respected financial leader and administrator in Kent County and beyond.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mary to the Thrive team along with her two decade plus career in the non-profit and social impact spaces,” said Dan Kubas-Meyer, the CEO of Thrive Behavioral Health. “As we continue to expand our services as one of RI’s leading Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC), Mary’s experience and extensive leadership skills will help continue the highest standard of compliance and development.”
Springer has dedicated her career to empowering local non-profit organizations through financial leadership and management. Prior to joining Thrive, Springer served for eight years as the Director of Finance and Administration for the University of Rhode Island Research Foundation, working to bring technology to market through sponsored research, capstone projects, licensing deals and innovation partnerships while advancing Rhode Island’s economic development in the process. From 2007 to 2015, Springer was the Director of Finance at C.H.I.L.D. Inc. in Warwick, providing comprehensive child development and family support services for low to moderate income families residing in Kent County.

Springer is a graduate of Bryant University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Springer is also a licensed CPA in Rhode Island. She officially stepped into her new role in June.?
