At The Threshold of Three Decades

As we step confidently into the third decade of DFI's journey, we pause to reflect on the remarkable year that was 2024.

The spirit of Nation Building remained the cornerstone of everything we designed this year and the projects currently taking shape. Among our notable achievements, Kaushal Bhawan, a shining example of Regenerative Architecture, was inaugurated by the Honourable President of India. This milestone was followed by the opening of Sainik School, an institution dedicated to nurturing the nation’s future defenders.

Our People-First philosophy continues to guide us across diverse realms. This ethos was championed by DFI founder Anoj Tevatia at the Raffles Street event, reinforcing the importance of prioritizing human-centric design. The year concluded with our Founders, Anand Sharma and Goonmeet Singh Chauhan , sharing invaluable insights into managing large-scale projects at FOAID India

Looking ahead, the upcoming Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd headquarters, designed with an innovative Walk-to-Work strategy, reflects a progressive approach that we also implemented in the recently completed Woco: World of Cool Offices . Landmark commercial office spaces like Eye of Noida and GYGY Mentis are steadily taking shape, poised to redefine their neighbourhoods.

2024 was a year of exciting milestones, collaborative creativity, and shared celebrations. As we trace our achievements, we eagerly anticipate an even more dynamic 2025.

Looking ahead, we are excited about upcoming projects like DLF Privana, Max Antara, Eldeco Paradiso, GYGY FiveO, AIPL Joy Gallery, Silverglades Hightown, Casagrand Suncity, GLS Avenue 81, Kerala Space Park, and EON are progressing at full pace, promising to redefine excellence.
