2 年I think one additional consideration is to acknowledge that constant change takes energy (to learn, to implement, to adapt) and while individuals might be willing and able to change, it would also be ideal to have some breathing room to reset/ refresh and let those new neural pathways set in after change has occurred. This could be done by recognizing it might be ok for people to relish in a little bit of old before fully embracing the new as one way of refreshing.
