Heatwaves can cause nighttime sweats which make falling asleep more difficult, or can even wake you up from light sleep.
Try freezing a face cloth before you go to bed and use it as a cold compress when you feel a hot flash coming on!
2. Flip Your Pillows
It may not be a solution for the whole night, but simply flipping your pillow over to the ‘cold side’ during the balmy nights, can provide relief and could cool you down enough to send you off to sleep.
3. Tackle Your Tog
