Three tips to improve your Active Listening

As we said in our last newsletter, when negotiating, the effective negotiator must consider not only the economic, political and physical aspects of the practice but also the emotional mood of themselves and all the parties.

Active Listening is a key to achieve such a state of understanding.

So today i'm going to show you three tips to improve your Active Listening!
