Three Tips for Being More Productive (& Less Stressed) as a VP or CRO

Every day I talk to?leaders who fall victim to overbooked calendars and have overcommitted?themselves.

Having worked for large companies and startups, from a sales leader to a CEO, I've experienced the?different levels of stress that come with each.

Work-life balance doesn't come naturally, it's something that I had to figure out on my own and change patterns.

I created a new working construct that really works for me. It helps me to prioritize what's important, avoid overcommitting, and clears my mind of clutter so that I can bring my best self every day.

These 3 tips are what?I live by to boost my productivity and minimize stress each week.

I won't say that they'll work for everyone, but I hope?they can serve as an example so that you can create new patterns that will work best for you.

Let's get into it.

My first [boring] tip for VPs, CROs, CEOs, etc.,?to be more productive & less stressed?

Calendar. Everything.

My calendar runs my life. So every single?Sunday, I dedicate about 15 minutes to organize the week ahead.?

I add in all my day-to-day tasks, work blocks, breaks, family commitments, and I push back lower-priority meetings to the following week so that I'm not over-committing?to the week ahead.

50-60?time blocks a week on a calendar might make some people freak out?- but for me, it means that I never have to obsess over what needs to get done or risk remembering something I missed at 3 am.

15 minutes works for me, but here's what seems to be working for others:
