The three tiers of change

Africa needs to unite. Africa can unite. Africa will unite. Three statements about need, possibility and reality. So many things in this world need to be done, for instance, dealing with corrupt officials. However, is it possible? And lastly, will it ever happen?

For change to happen, three tiers have to be fulfilled; there has to be a need for it, it has to be possible to achieve it and lastly, at the end of the day it just has to happen.
