Three Thought Thursday

Twice a month, I’ll be sharing a ‘Three Thought Thursday' of things that are catching my attention. I'm doing this for the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education but thought I'd share a version of it on LinkedIn too. Enjoy!
What I'm watching:
It’s graduation time for U.S. universities and inspiring speeches are being delivered across the country. One that moved me is a poetic speech from a graduating student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Just take five minutes to ‘Lift Off’ with Donovan!
What I'm reading:
Design Thinking for a Better You - a short article on how you can apply Design Thinking to much more than your new social enterprise or product launch.
Quote I'm inspired by:
“People who don't take risks generally make about two big mistakes a year. People who do take risks generally make about two big mistakes a year.” (Peter Drucker, educator and author)
Quick Note: The online course ' Designing Your Life' incorporates the article on Design Thinking shared above and we'll be discussing Donovan's speech in the face-to-face course, ' Education 2.0: Teaching in a Fast-Changing World ' on the UPEACE campus in Costa Rica in July. Hope to see some of you there!
