Can you believe that 2019 is nearly over? As we head into the last month of the year, I wanted to give you a few quick updates about the real estate market and more. As far as the market is concerned, it’s a great time to start planning for a 2020 home purchase or sale. I’m very excited about the new year for a lot of different reasons, including the fact that I’ll be helping someone out by selling their home for free.
