“Don’t tell me why I can’t. Tell me how I can.”

In our discussion, Constance shared the initial mindset she had when assisting rap legend Snoop Dogg in launching his youth football league, SYFL: "How can I make this work?" Hearing Constance recount the backstory of this massive project was truly inspiring and showcased her unwavering commitment to those she collaborates with. She emphasized that this proactive attitude is always her approach, serving as a reminder that amidst all the reasons people may give to back down, there's always a reason why it can be done.?

“I’m good at what I know, better at what I don’t know.”?

This philosophy guided Constance through uncharted territory when she assisted football icon Deion Sanders in his pivotal decision regarding his college coaching career. She never hesitated to confront it head-on and approach the challenge with an open mind and heart to learning from new experiences. This attitude not only encourages her personal growth but also allows her to provide valuable insights and support in even the most unfamiliar situations.?

“Hard work does pay off.”

Though Constance’s legacy is proof enough that hard work pays off, she explains that anyone can make it. It doesn't matter what your background or upbringing may have been like, you can still accomplish the dreams and goals that you have. In the same light, she emphasizes that you should nurture your relationships and respect those around you. Constance herself is a prime example that starting from scratch doesn’t mean you can’t climb your way to the top in any field. She emphasizes that you should never feel confined to one industry but find, or create a path that complements your many talents and aspirations.??

It was a pleasure sitting down with Constance and hearing more about the wealth of insights she shared from her diverse experiences. As an entrepreneur leading her own company, SMAC Entertainment, Constance is dedicated to motivating top talent to pursue fulfilling careers. Her relentless commitment to growth and learning is truly commendable.
