Words of wisdom today. I was talking with a friend who learned to speak English several years ago. I asked her, "When did it all start to gel in your learning process? Like a bowl of gelatin in the refrigerator, when did you start to feel like it was all congealing together for you?" She laughed and said, "Never." "Come on! You are fluent now. It gelled at some point." "But you never feel like it is completely gelling. You will continue to get better as you learn and practice but you won't ever feel like you have 'arrived.' You have to be OK with not knowing everything. No person knows everything all the time."
No person knows everything all the time.

8 年Sara, I am so with you on the Three Teaches, The Perfectionist, The Coach/Cheerleader and the Grout these have all fascinating explanations. I also like the fact that you wrote, finding one mentor to serve as all thing to people that person does not exist but building a network of people that you can count on in my opinion is the best support anyone can have!
