The Three-Step Plan To Create Your F&B Strategy

Last week the Auden Hospitality team spent three days in the New Forest to deep dive into a hotel group there to create an F&B Strategy.
As part of the trip, I thought it would be helpful to share the three-step process that we follow every time we do our exploratory visits.
I have attached the video below but in case you prefer to see it written out, keep reading and let's look at each stage.
1/ Listen
What are the team telling you?
What are the guests telling you?
What are the stakeholders telling you?

2/ Observe
What are the roadblocks?
What is going well?
Where are the inconsistencies?

3/ Analyse
What is the data telling us?
Does the data verify the listen and observe findings?
What data is missing?
