The main keyword here is .... TRUST. Here are the 3Cs to achieve that!
1- Content
Remember that your content should be solving a specific problem
So step one is to build your plan and content calendar with this point in mind, use different content formats to keep your audience interested and automate content creation using relevant tools. Remember to keep it educational, inspiring, and human!
2- Conversations
Sometimes we forget that it is called "social" media, so it is a tool for us to be social and have conversations with each other. Make sure to use your content to open more conversations

Whenever you find someone frequently liking or commenting on your posts, just send him/her a direct message saying, "Thanks for your engagement with my content; let me know if you need any help with those topics," and be willing to truly offer some help through such conversations.
The more you talk to people, the more they will remember you and your brand. People do business with people they know and trust.
Also if you find someone who is not in your network frequently interacting with your content, just send him/her a connection request and add that person to your network and start a conversation through a direct message.
3- Conversion
It is simple: Conversations obviously would lead to conversion, which is turning people you know on Linkedin/Twitter into paying customers for your product or service. Here, you should always measure how many times a direct message over LinkedIn turns into a WhatsApp message or a phone call and then turns into a meeting. This is the normal flow that you should follow! The first step of lead generation & customer acquisition is to offer genuine help through conversations
