Three Recruiting Wishes

If I had 1 recruiting wish this season it would be for all the recruiters and candidates of the world to join hands and sing together in a spirit of harmony and peace.

If I had 2 wishes this season, the 1st would be for recruiters and candidates joining hands and singing in a spirit of harmony and peace; the 2nd would be for a tool allowing recruiters to search their database for existing candidates who could fill new openings and to search requisitions for the most qualified applicants regardless of when they applied.

If I had 3 wishes, the 1st would be for singing, harmony, and peace; the 2nd would be the ability to search applicant databases and requisitions for the most qualified candidates, and the 3rd would be to have a switch that would allow recruiters to control when and where postings show up on aggregator sites...and when they don't.

You know, the singing is a lot to ask this late and honestly, if we could get the other two, it'd be closer to reality anyway.  So, let's make the 1st a way to find and rank existing qualified candidates within applicant databases and requisitions; the 2nd control of postings on aggregator sites; and the 3rd reasonable, accurate, compelling and actionable job postings focused on what matters.

1) Job Descriptions that are accurate. 2) Recruiters who are actually experienced and trained in their field. 3) Relevant feedback on candidates . * DIVERSITY

1) Yes to feedback within 24-hours! 2) Candidates are equally transparent - no more getting to the offer table and finding a trick card. 3) It rains unicorns and purple squirrels and all my niche jobs are filled.
