Three Questions
I have three questions for you. Both for yourself in your inner work and, where appropriate, for your work with clients. They are:
Who am I?
How should I live?
and What do I honor?
These questions are like prisms of light, like kaleidoscopic reflections, like luminous beams driving out darkness. Meditate on them and don't answer them too quickly. Let them -- each of them -- take you on an inner journey of exploration and breakthrough.
The first, Who am I? is the fundamental spiritual enquiry into the nature of the self. As you follow the question in to deeper and deeper layers of truth you uncover and reveal the truth.
The second, How should I live? directs you to a consideration of others and the world about you. How should I live? What is my purpose? What is the right way to express my being?
Finally, What do I honor? is a journey into the sacred and it fixes your north star, your guiding light, aligns you with truth and balances your endeavors.
