"Tomorrow" is the most convenient way to assure ourselves that it will exist and become are magical timeline for procrastinators like me. Priorities related to self are on continuous "tomorrow-shift" which runs in an infinite loop. Keeping promises is hard, especially for oneself. We are shameless when it comes to betraying the inner voice.
When you lack self-discipline then you can't expect life to prosper.
To break the chain, comes pinky promises. Every morning, write 3 promises that will benefit you and ensure you complete all three before hitting the bed.
Keep it small and simple for 30 days and as you progress increase the complexity level. Here's a set of my pinky promises to attain my goals -
Achievable and realistic daily increments towards a better life.
Time to build trust with self and have an unbreakable lifestyle.
