Three points matter in Job Interviews
To get a job you must simply show the interviewer that you are fit to the job by answering three simple questions:
1) Do you have the knowledge and experience to fulfill the job I will hire you for?
Simply you have to prepare for this question by holding the certificates, knowing the materials and practicing what you learned. It is not enough in our days to have a university degree although it is a must in this competitive market, but you need to stress on having extra curricula certificates.
If your university diploma is in computer related field then you need a CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, SCSA, LPIC, and so on. If your degree is business related then you need LCCI or IBDL certificates, and so on.
2) Will you blend in our company if I hire you?
No one likes internal company fights between employees. For sure we like healthy competitiveness between them that will lead to higher profits for the company, but Cultural, Managerial, and Environmental fights within the company would destroy the company from within so it is not tolerated to have these fights.
As a result we would like to know if you will be within our team if you are hired and not fighting it.
3) Are you the least troublesome person within all candidates that applied for the job?
Most people have problems even the interviewer himself, so will you keep your problems outside the company and focus on helping it make more profit instead of holding it back because of your personal issues... If not, because we all tend to take our problems everywhere, will you keep it to the minimum possible or should we hire someone else that can do this better than you.
Address all three and you will be many steps ahead of the competition with other candidates for the job.
