Three Pigs to Financial Freedom

Three Pigs to Financial Freedom

I’d like to use this week’s newsletter to share details about my latest book, Three Pigs to Financial Freedom–a guide to help beginners manage money and achieve financial freedom. Drawing on my experience with some of the world's leading banks and insurers, I have demystified personal finance in the most practical and (hopefully) enjoyable manner I could manage!

So what’s this book about?

I spend a fair amount of time with young professionals, start-up entrepreneurs, and students and notice a lot of discomfort with personal finance. The products are complicated, people are unsure of what to do, and they invest basis hype rather than rationale.?

This book introduces a simple system you can follow to achieve financial freedom. You don't need specialised knowledge, vast resources, or fancy products. You need to open just three bank accounts, get a couple of basic products, and consistently follow the process. That’s it. I have spent my career with global banks and insurers. I have used this system myself. So I know what is to be done. And I am now sharing it with anyone who wants to be financially free.

How is it different?

There are a lot of wonderful books on personal finance out there, and you should read whatever catches your interest. Three aspects make this book different.

Concrete action plan:?This is not a theoretical guide to personal finance, and I don’t give you broad guidelines. It is a practical action plan, and I tell you EXACTLY what you should do. First, I help you calculate your financial freedom target–an actual rupee amount you need to gun for. And then I tell you exactly how to get there. Which accounts should you open, what products you should buy, how much and from where.?

Book for beginners: I assume you have no interest in or knowledge of finance, and so I start from the basics. My objective is to only share what you absolutely need to know. I have written it from your perspective, and tried to ensure that you will not feel overwhelmed.?

The Indian context:?Finally, while the key messages are universal, this book is explicitly written in the Indian context. So, the accounts, products, and pitches you will read about directly apply to you here in India.

Aren’t you a humour writer? Is it funny?

Admittedly, it is a challenge to make personal finance enjoyable. But I have given it my best.

What’s in it for me?

By the end of the book, you will have a crystal-clear action plan to achieve financial freedom. You will be self-sufficient, confident in money matters, and familiar with all the concepts you need to know. Then, all you have to do is execute what you have read.?

So what next?

I appreciate that we live in a world of 280-character tweets and thirty-second reels, but you need to give me around three to four hours of your time. In return, I offer you a path to a lifetime of financial freedom. Three Pigs to Financial Freedom is available on Amazon and wherever books are sold.?I am sure you will find it useful. And if you pick up a copy, I would genuinely love to get your feedback. You can reach me via LinkedIn or at [email protected].

Worst service experience with axis Bank.... I am Axis Bank customer since 2009 and holding saving account and Credit card , but looks like Axis Bank don't care their customers and relationships and try to make money via looting on the name of Bank Charges . I have a question to Amitabh Chaudhary regarding Do you really have systems in place or you just want to accomplish your sales target ?just for the heck of it .This bank has no airs and graces and moral ethics and principals are strategically framed in the form of one-sided rules and policies which never go in the favor of customers and the problems linked with it are interminable. #experienced #bank #axisbank #rbi #axis Amitabh Chaudhry Customer name -Ashish Kumar Singh
