Three New and Intimate Roofing Events to Attend in the Winter/Spring of 2023

Live events are an incredible opportunity for Roofing Contractors to learn and grow, and each year the event space becomes more competitive. Contractors can now attend niche events that help them with their business model and stage of growth. Coaches, Agencies, and Industry Leaders are generous with their knowledge and experience and are raising the tide of the industry. The reason that I'm sharing which ones are "new" and "intimate" is that I often hear that people love to have more meaningful conversations and don't want to get lost in a crowd of people. Although there are larger events (1,000 people or more) that we are going to (SRC, IRE, WTS, Roofing Process Conference), here are a few hidden gems you need to have on your radar.

Roofing Success Summit: February 5-8

Hosted by Randy Brothers and Connor Rodich , the Roofing Success Summit will be a very valuable event for those looking to be in an intimate and content-rich environment. We at STG sponsor this event and will speak on topics like Sales Leadership and Service. The Roofing Academy has a great reputation for helping companies become more operationally sound, and they are generous with sharing their value. 2nd Annual Roofing Warrior Conference: February 21-24

Hosted by STG - Sales Transformation Group , Heath Hicks & Ronnie Lollar from AVCO Roofing - this event is an intimate environment of hands-on Sales Training and Coaching for companies looking to increase D2D Roofing Sales. While most other conferences are very focused on main-stage speakers and breakout sessions, RoofWarrior will offer these AND will be dedicating much of the agenda to role-playing, real-time coaching on all aspects of the D2D sales process, and organizational insights and consulting to help Owners and Sales Leaders build a high performing sales team. All New! ServiceCon: May 10-12

Also hosted by Sales Transformation Group, this conference is the first of its kind in the industry that solely focuses on starting and growing a Roofing Service Department. We will be joined by the top industry Service Department consultants like Bryan Mitchell , Greg Hayne , Tracey Donels , and Cody Kline . We are also very excited to have panels of actual service department managers and VPs who will share practical experiences from their success at their roofing companies. We will be featuring:

I'm sure I missed some other new and intimate events for Roofing Professionals to attend, but these are ones that we are excited about and are open to the public to register for.
