Staying relax in the position or pumping the belly to release negative emotions.

Yoga means exploration from inside out.

Calm & peaceful mind to stay in the position please.

Your core is supposed to be working & releasing toxins from your physical body & adding relaxation to your mind to enjoy inner bliss.

Pause,stay & enjoy is a blissful stage.

Lifting up & engaging breath.
