Understanding oneself, knowing what is best for them, doing that with absolute involvement, and being happy and joyful may not come naturally to even ten per cent of the human population! Love what you do or don’t do it at all. The only way to get there is by developing clarity for yourself.
1. Discover Yourself : This requires introspection, visualization, and thoughtful analysis. These practices compel you to think deeply about your priorities and align everything in your life with what is important to you. While working on them, you will not be restricted by your circumstances or the actions of others, which often hinder people from achieving their goals.?It will bring consistency, strength, and grace to your life.?
Your performance = Your potential - Internal interference(due to lack of clarity)
You will be at your best when you are able to utilize your full potential. Your superior performance in anything you do will primarily depend on the accuracy of your self-assessment. Clarity is what differentiates successful people beyond knowledge, skills, and abilities.
2.Healthy Mind :?Everything happens in your life twice: first in your mind, then in reality. Train your mind to choose one thought over another, edit your beliefs, and enhance your ability to observe, analyze, and introspect. This will help you discover yourself, identify what is important to you, visualize your goals, and utilize all your capabilities to achieve them.

Mindfulness and meditation are two practices that will help you train your mind. A trained mind will heighten your clarity and awareness, enhancing creativity, communication, relationships, and productivity, while reducing anger, anxiety, and fear—all of which are critical to your success.
3.Physical Fitness :?To achieve and experience anything you envision, your body is the only instrument you have. To ensure it functions properly and efficiently, prioritize its care. This includes regular physical exercise at a moderate level for an hour a day, 4-5 days a week; a healthy diet that focuses on what, when, and how you eat; adequate sleep of 7-8 hours each night; self-care, including maintaining personal hygiene, cleanliness, and order in your environment; and wearing appropriate clothing.
This will release suppressed emotions, enhance optimism by reducing anger, anxiety, and fear, boost mental processing speed, improve focus, and increase your capacity for learning. It will also eliminate toxins from your body, and enhance and balance your energy levels. You'll find yourself completing tasks that would normally take weeks in just a matter of days.
Own it and Make it :?Success and happiness require hard work. Obtaining a good education, developing your skills, staying physically active, eating healthily, training your mind, excelling in your job, maintaining positive relationships, and contributing to the society are just a few. It cannot be achieved through reading, thinking, and analyzing; it requires practice and deeper experience. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. There isn't a better day to start than today. Begin right away, not tomorrow or someday. Your life is your message, so make it inspiring!
