- Do an Unbelievable Job. While obvious, doing it consistently – every day – is hard. Set excellence as a clear goal and build a reputation for delivering flawlessly. Act with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm. Be attuned to others’ needs so that you can anticipate them, be they the needs of your team or eventually, those of your client.
- Commit to Constant Learning. Knowledge – like interest – compounds. Be insatiably curious. Read everything related to your job (and more). Seek to understand the why and how of what we do. Get in the game – you learn best by doing.
- Build Authentic Relationships. The breadth and quality of relationships is the primary driver of our success and fulfillment. Investing in and building relationships is a skill and choice. Be known as a reliable and joyful colleague – clients and colleagues choose to work with professionals that help them achieve their goals and who enrich their journey.
