*(Inspiration/Leadership)
You are the source of your problems and you are the the solution to all of your problems... its all in the mirror.
The world around us, just is. Our perception of what "is" can sway us out of balance. Does something seem hard, or is something weighing on you or appearing to make things hard? What is the counter point to that - in - that - same - exact - moment? What is easy, what is making things easy, what is making things easier?
The problem and the solution, are in that moment of "is" and our perception.
I had an opportunity to meet up with Matt Schmidt last weekend. I've experienced some of his teachings. He has a means of helping turn down the noise, and help see what "is". That helps empower choices that move oneself forward.
My current quality question that I'm pondering - "What aren't I letting go of?"
If you'd like to know more:
*(What I'm listening to) - Barracuda by Heart
While out on vacation, I was at Laguna Bob's, South Padre Island. The live band's were in a change over. Chrome Wheels was packing up, and the Duover was starting up. Many of the bands know each other so sometimes we get a rare opportunity. The Duover, was on roughly their 2nd song, and it was Barracuda by Heart. Jul from Chrome Wheels pops over and joins in, and now there is a strong two women duet of it - Live. It was incredibly powerful. The crowd was pulled in, singing along, cheering. It may have well been like a backstage pass that everyone got.
What I forgot... was to pull out my camera and video it.... (minor regret)
What can be taken away from it was the value of being PRESENT. Ever had someone tell you, well you just need to get present. What does that even mean? I can tell you what it feels like. Time and space disappear. You're right there, in that moment. Cell phones didn't matter. Todays news didn't matter. It was just me, the family around me, the crowd, the sun over the bay waters, and two bands, together, rocking peoples world.
So with that, I give you your own moment of presence, and oldie but goodie from the 1970's.

*(What I'm Reading) - The Hunt for Red October, by Tom Clancy
I suspect you've seen the movie, and it's a great movie. The movie and the book are slightly different. The movie updated the submarine drive to magneto hydrodynamic. The book though, takes us deeper into areas of global strategic measures, counter measures, and counter counter measures. Not just on the oceans, but in politics. What do we know that they don't know, vice versa, and navigating political dynamics around it. It's a great read and I'm about 7/8 of the way through it.

** Help Train AI, Get rewards. -- A long while ago, I had my computer do a bunch of folding at home (protein folding) for the medical industry. It was crowdsourced cpu horsepower to help understand and solve things like Breast Cancer, Kidney Cancer, etc. It paid out in a new cryptocurrency back then.
Fast forward to today. There is a new opportunity, with a similar concept, but training large language models to better understand language constructs. It doesn't use much for CPU horsepower. It just grabs bits of places like Reddit for LLM's to train on. I does not use your data or access your data. It "pays" out in points. Maybe it becomes something maybe not. AI isn't going away, so I figure maybe this helps us work with it better down the road.
Grass is a decentralized network for accessing the public web, and thus accessing the data necessary to train AI models.
** Changing what you have, comes from changing who you are. And changing who you are comes from changing what you think. Which is why I made the latter so easy. Visualize, -- The Universe www.tut.com
