My Threads audience is my most powerful asset.
It has become the main hub for the rest of my brand and it's been a huge catalyst for my growth.
In 2023, I added 900 followers in as little as 6 months.
It also pushed significantly my newsletter growth…
From 5 (no one sees me) to 320 active subscribers adding $2.5K/month to my business.
That is an average of 700%+ in subscriber growth.
You might think…
Dude — those are not big numbers.
I know…
I'm just sharing what has been working for me.
But I can tell you this:
Right now my Threads account is growing at a pace of 100 followers PER WEEK.
And my newsletter is growing by 50 subscribers at the same pace.
If a continue at this growth rate for the next 6 months.
I will reach 3,000 followers and 1,200 subscribers to my newsletter.
The crazy thing is:
If I launch a digital product with a price point of $250.
And only 1% of my audience buys on a monthly basis.
That is a total of $3,000/m in revenue to my business.
No ads.
No outbound.
No fulfillment.
Just pure cold profit.
THAT is the leverage of having an online audience.
This is only possible by having the right systems in place.

When you apply them long enough, your growth starts to compound.
I started posting 6 months ago…
But most of my growth came from last month.
September 2023: 100 - 200 followers and 20-30 subscribers
October 2023: 880 followers and 320 subscribers.

Step 1: Curate Inspiration the Night Before
Before going to bed, write down the content you will write the next day.
Get content inspiration from places like:
Get inspiration from content that already performs.
Mimic what works and add your own personal spin.
Step 2: 4 Hours of Deep Work.
First thing in the morning, sit down, drink a cup of coffee, and start writing.
You already know what you are going to write down, so simply start typing.
You DON't stop before 4 hours of work.
Make yourself accountable.
Step 3: Write Content Daily

I create 1 long-form content newsletter explaining a system in detail.
From that piece of content, I break down smaller nuggets of wisdom across all my posts.
You don't need to create countless posts.
Distribution is key, so change the format, not the content.

Step 4: Take a Break.
Do something different, work on less creative tasks, go to a meeting, or simply do something that distracts you.
This is usually best when you get writer's block.
Step 5: Edit.
The best content conveys a simple message.
Delete sentences and unnecessary words.
The purpose of each sentence is to gain permission from the reader to read the next.
Make sure to do the same.
Step 6: Schedule and Publish.
Hit "publish" every day.
If you want to change the world, publish content daily.

Increasing the likelihood of gaining new followers.?
Offer value, compliment their work, or share insights to kickstart the conversation.

Step 5: Own Your Audience
Your audience on Threads, or any social media platform, is a Rented Audience.
You're at the mercy of algorithms, platform policies, and shifting user preferences.
To mitigate this risk, make it a top priority to convert this rented audience into an owned one, and then into a monetized audience.
How??
By building an email list.
Emails give you direct access to your audience, allowing you to nurture relationships, provide value, and promote your products or services on your own terms.
The first step is to capture email addresses.
