Thoughts on "Teacher uses refrigerator tray as mobile phone stand during online class" Viral Photo

As much as I am thrilled to see teachers using jugad (improvisation) to help their students, this is not a long-term solution.

If one looks closely at the photograph, one can notice that the tray is not broad or long enough for her to stretch her arms and so her elbows are resting at the very corner of the table. So my question is how many hours in a day does she work like this? Neither is the space beneath the glass tray large enough to spread multiple books for reference. 

Also, let's not forget, in-order to keep up with what the job demands she's had to sacrifice the space in her refrigerator where she would otherwise store food. She's had to find equal sized dabbas (plastic container) to support the tray and have enough height beneath the tray and not let the mobile slip. She is obviously a generous teacher so I highly doubt she's going to place the tray back in the fridge. Of course, she can buy a new one with her own money to replace it.  

Poor infrastructure is a major problem that teachers are facing as they work from home and use tools that cost good money and are expensive (devices such as mobile phone, laptops, tablets, new Wi-Fi connections, internet, blackboards, electricity consumed by these devices and many other jugad tools) these were tools that teachers did not have to worry about before or had to spend on from their own pocket. 

It's very easy these days to make a photo viral and forgotten in a few days time. 

Obviously Ms Nadar is a generous and selfless teacher and has gone to great lengths to support her students, hopefully institutions come forwards with appropriate/innovative tools or funds to support such teachers so that quality education continues and fees paid by the students and their parents to acquire online education at this time of need are also justified.
