Thoughts on Semos Cloud's progress

It’s less than a month until the largest HR Tech events will take place in Las Vegas. As I’ll be attending, I started thinking about the key topics to talk to customers and partners. Also going through Semos Cloud’s latest activities and iterations, I figured that we should share some of the findings. The work the team has been doing is astounding, and I hope some of our wins might inspire others too.?
We went through a massive project of rebranding and repositioning.?We revised our entire offering to match the position that we hold in the Employee Experience (EX) market and reflect on the opportunities ahead. There's a post about it on our blog linked above, but summarized, we publicized our professional services and solutions offering and started to clearly communicate who we are. First-class trusted advisors, collaborators, and partners of people-first enterprises that make their employees' lives better every day.????
The customer interest in our solutions and overall pipeline is looking more promising than ever,?with several new enterprises signing multi-year contracts with us.?We have companies from industries like petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing electronic devices whose way of work has been hit hard by the pandemic. The new world of work has also raised the bar for retaining employees and companies come to us to provide solutions that not only get implemented globally, but also lead the cultural transformation of a company. These companies invest in their employees to ensure their feedback and work gets recognized in remote/hybrid environments and across the globe, with teams simultaneously working on the same project in Japan, the US, and Europe. I’m excited that Semos Cloud is given the opportunity to support the employee journeys for such large and vital multinational enterprises.

A lot of the progress is also thanks to our long-term client and platform partner, SAP, who also recently extended their collaboration with us.?With the latest upgrade,?we fully revamped the platform?for SAP's internal usage with social features, a contemporary design, and advanced program options. We also migrated the entire database to the new cloud system, further aligning the platform experience on the IT side. All of that was further enhanced by updating our platform and integration certification for the sixth consecutive year. That's six years of providing EX solutions for SAP customers and also internally for their 110,000 employees aligned with their SuccessFactors HXM solutions. It's a great reference and delivery experience hard to gain in this space.???
Our platform partnership with Oracle is also continuously developing.?I’m delighted by our product and design teams accomplishing the amazing visual transformation of the?product to match Oracle's award-winning Redwood design perfectly.?Beyond aligning the navigation and design, the team sat together to create the first, joint LMS and R&R scenarios that were pitched to an iconic automaker in the US. A difficult feat that is also doing an excellent job of expanding the use cases of our EX solutions.???
