Thoughts on Leading

· One if the more notable indicators of effective leadership can be found in the behavior modeled by the high performers.
· Leaders must always know the “condition of their flock”. This aids their understanding that leading others sometimes means stepping away from their “to do” list and providing loving encouragement to team members who need it.
· Humor can be very useful in the workplace - if done appropriately. It humanizes the boss, loosens things up and is a great “de-stresser” for the team. It'll promote camaraderie, drive engagement and creativity while elevating productivity.
