Thoughts On Leading

· Successful leaders are able to process and compartmentalize the flood of incoming data that can sometimes distract or hamper their ability to remain calm and prioritize their thoughts and next moves with confidence.
· Stretch goals are an important part of leading teams to their full potential - and sometimes deliver unexpected results. However, those goals must be realistic - or employees will soon become discouraged and understandably adopt a “why bother” attitude.
· Effective leaders assemble teams to fill talent or knowledge gaps and offset weaknesses – sometimes their own.
Just a few thoughts –
Best wishes to you and your teams for a productive week.
