1 年So much to think about! Finding your voice can be challenging — especially when you realize your are not as prepared as those around you. (It happens!) You have to work hard to earn a seat at the table, and you have to work even harder to keep it. In today’s world, partnering inside and outside of your organization is imperative to success.
