Thoughts become actions….

Thoughts become actions….

“Thoughts become actions, actions become habits, and habits become your destiny”

I have the pleasure to be reminded of these stunning words, every time I am taking part in the hugely impactful transformational round table process. It is not just these words as the whole process inspires me, but they show the reality and beauty of life.

In this article, I will take this great quote apart and just talk into that first part, Thoughts become Actions.

Think about it, what this states is, that everything really starts with a thought. I did a session about thinking more than 4 weeks ago, where I mentioned that thinking is not something too many people actively engage in. Mental activity is often mistaken for that quality process that leads us to our destiny.

Remember the quote by George Bernard Shaw:?“2% of people think, 3% think they think, and 95% would rather die than think”?

When you start to put this all together, is it a wonder that so many of us do not live the life we want?;??So many of us just go through life, moving with the masses, and never really feeling alive…simply existing.

When thoughts become actions, what would happen if we started to have better cleaner thoughts?...What would happen if we just started to take part in that amazing activity of thinking on a daily basis?

Our thoughts affect everything we are, we do, and what we become. How are your thoughts about circumstances and events affecting you right now? How are your thoughts about a specific person affecting, even limiting, your ability to communicate with them in a respectful manner?

…and how does that affect your emotions, your mood, even your health and wellbeing?....When your thoughts become actions, they can heal or hurt you.

Do you now need to start making all kinds of major adjustments all over the place? Not unless you want to of course, as there is nobody stopping you apart from that person looking back at you in the mirror.

However, just as with any other episodes in my self-care series, you can choose to implement what suits you best. Small positive steps on a daily basis brings great results over time.

What you continually think about is most important and, if you want to change some results, it just takes a different way, a different kind of thinking, which results in a different way of being…as long as we take action.

We already know that knowledge is not power; Knowledge acted upon is power, and if you evaluate that action on a daily basis, it will become extremely powerful.

As we are talking about self-care and your health and wellbeing, it is becoming more and more obvious that can have so much more control on our health…and we?must?take better control of our health, which we can do without too much physical effort.?

Become more aware of the thoughts you have and start feeding your mind with more positive information on a daily basis.?

Remember, thoughts become actions….

Thoughts become actions - this is what it should be, however for millions of people the fear of failure stops them from taking any action at all. This is one of the main reasons people remain in poverty. That being said, Jan Robberts, Arthie Moore and I are here to help millions of people move from poverty to a better quality of life. #nnenpo #upliftanation #newnationeducationnpo
