It's an epoch of re-evaluation. The latest global challenging events make us contemplate the past and design the future. However, we have to remain rock-solid. Not only are we withstanding the pressure, but we are also upholding the values and establishing a solid rapport with our clients.

?????????????? ???????? ?????????????? has been making an impact, and we are thrilled and proud. There have been milestones achieved that I am personally proud of.

One of the super exciting achievements is one regarding our clients. I am always happy about their conquest. This year, our main client, ??????????????, signed a landmark partnership with ????????????. We want to congratulate them on this grand achievement and we want to express our gratitude for enabling us to contribute to the huge success.

As a founder and CEO of ?????????????? ???????? ??????????????, I deeply care for everyone at Gtech.

The primary mission for ?????????????? ???????? has always been an environment, our talents come to work. I am continuously searching for how it can improve for the best. The team makes the company, and I must support the talents to do their best through fitting in everyone's shoes and matching the laces. It is challenging, but I try my best to understand their needs at a soul level.

We conducted an internal survey only a short time before. Gtechers’ preferred a hybrid work model over a fully remote and all-office to achieve work-life harmony, so we are embarking on it.

I am happy to set up conditions that enable our members to work from the comfort of their rooms or any preferred location on certain days. It is pleasant to know that the team wants to maintain an office work environment, which also contributes to healthy team working days and socializing. A good balance between onsite and offsite work is the best approach to a productive work environment.

Meanwhile, we always remember to allocate some time for gratification. We are having fun recharging our batteries after the hectic world around us. We often visit inspiring and picturesque places to unwind, enjoy happy moments together, hold parties, and share and care for personal interests.

I genuinely care about Gtechers’ well-being and encourage them to pursue a healthy lifestyle. I am a firm believer in positivity and a good attitude to be contagious, and prioritize these qualities during the interviews. Among the fringe benefits, ?????????????? ???????? offers, the swimming pool and gym are the ones that help our members stay in good physical and mental state. I intend to hold meditation sessions for mental health, as the right mindset is the key to the best productivity. Consequently, you will find Gtechers, who share and uphold the same values, and the team has been shaping up only for the best.

Speaking of lifelong learning and constant improvement, we decided to widen our palette of communication skills. Since we are closely collaborating with international companies, we started offering English classes to deepen knowledge and fine-tune skills as needed. This addition has become exceptionally beneficial for the team in communication with our clients. Another opportunity for honing skills and gaining profound understanding of a subject matter is the set of various educational courses we purchase for our team members. They can be certified professionals in any additional skills they acquire. We are mindful of global challenges and constantly raising awareness of environmental issues. We try to contribute to more green and sustainable surroundings and consequently embarked on a recycling journey. Worthy of note, we are excited about making an impact.

Last year, a social media campaign was launched, where Gtechers were in the limelight. They shared their thoughts and values and tried to encourage anybody willing to take the first steps in their career. Next year we will be more present and want to share our knowledge with you. We plan to take on more challenges, but we will let you know more as we go.

Last but not least, I believe that every cloud has a silver lining; therefore, I am grateful for the year. I acquired specific skills throughout this period and greatly preferred positivity and kindness. Thanks to my incredible team, who made impossible things happen.

We are keeping a genuine smile lingering on our faces to make people happy and inspired.
