One Day In November of 2023, a Local Dealership actually sold me a Lemon and 6 days after I bought it the Entire Electrical Computer Operating Crashed. So, after Several attempts to have the vehicle repaired; I decided to contact a California Lemon Law Attorney. Was informed that my Case was Valid and they moved forward.

A Settlement Agreement was presented to Me by my current Legal Counsel of Record. This agreement should I sign it litterally leaves me without a Pot to Piss In or a Window to Throw It Out Of! These folks know they've screwed up Baad!

So they just want me out of the vehicle without allowing me to present my? Vettable Side of this Episodic even on Social Media. So all they willing to give me is $1560. and the forgiving of the remaining Loan Balance. No compensation for any level of Physical Duress, Stress, Travel Inconvieniences, Fuel Cost , Tolls , Etc. The List Gors On. Glad I took Before and After Photos of the Shops, Mechanics, Locations, Missing Vehicle Parts, Engine Visual Condition, Etc.

Out of the $3568 being offered, The Law Agency pockets $2k with my losing my rights to pursue any other legal route to recover damages of any sort. Truth be told, the car was stickered @ $7k+. After finance chgs the cost of the vehicle was $18+ Grand! The Payments were $260 twice a month for a total of $520. And I Payed As Agreed! So every repair needed should've done post haste.Mind you now the Auto in question here is a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited which this particular version is currently under Vehicle Recall Status. Car has suffered from complete electrical system computer system crashes, and an abundant amount of other abnormal system interface issues.

Everything they promissed to have repaired in a timely fashion never occured.

Even though the vehicle came with an 18 month Extended WARRANTY,

And I actually believe that now that I've been able to get a Recall Status filed, they just want to get the Car back so that they can claim the Full Recall Amount for the Vehicle themselves!

This is the Seventh Time This Morning that I've worked to make this posting. And everytime I've gottrn to my conclusion, the body of the text just summarily Vanishes!
