My clients were looking for help to build an extra bedroom. They were thinking of converting the loft and believed this would solve their problems. However, my client couldn’t even stand up straight in the loft (he was over 6ft tall). The space was not high enough to convert.
At our initial consultation, we dived deep into their situation. Once I understood their reasons for considering the project and why it’s so important to them, I was able to help guide them with the best solution for their particular circumstance.?

We looked at the options that would give their boys equal spaces and for them to have their own master suite. There was also private accommodation designed for their guests to feel comfortable when staying overnight.
