Thought for the Day ~ Now is Where the Magic is

Always do your best........pay attention to the present moment, because that is where all the magic resides. It's the place where you can decide right now, that today is going to be a great day. It starts with your thoughts, so keep them pure and positive. Don't let your brain get ahead of itself. To a place where it runs uncontrollably through all the things that could go wrong. Not today, you're going to start the day from a place of gratitude. You're going to decide as you read this, that this day will be a good one. You will not worry about the future, instead, you will focus on accomplishing what's right in front of you right now. Remember that there are three things that clog our soul....negativity, judgment, and imbalance.
So, in the end, the way we run our lives is our biggest creation. It's important to lean in, and to embrace different results when we get them, as they give us another opportunity to get it right. It is equally important to slow down and really experience the moments, for if you walk too fast, you leave your soul behind. Patience is a form of wisdom. For while there are some things that happen, there are others that must unfold. We cannot push the river and demand that life give us instant results. We have to go with the flow and be grateful for every beautiful minute we have on this earth. Nurture your thoughts and your life....be in the moment and serendipity will most definitely follow.
Robin Sharma said "As you live your days, so you will live your life. It is easy to get caught up in the trap of thinking that this day does not matter much given all the days that lie ahead of you. But a great life is nothing more than a series of great, well lived days strung together like a beautiful necklace of pearls. Every day counts and contributes to the quality of the end result. The past is gone, the future is but a figment, so this day is really all you can own. Invest in it wisely. Your life is not a dress rehearsal."
