Today’s Challenge ~ Make a gratitude list and keep it close to you. Read it when you need to replenish your energy.
Always do your best.........and be grateful for the gifts that life bestows on you.?Every one of us has received help, support, or guidance from other people at particular times in our life when we needed it most. We have people in our lives that bring us joy and make us smile and support us in being all that we can be, each and every day.?We have loved ones who sacrifice some of their dreams so that we can realize ours. Everyone has special people who often provide what we need to make it through the day, and it is those people who deserve our daily gratitude, love, and attention. None of us make it alone but sometimes we act like we do......have you every stopped to think how many people support your life experience, who is always there for you when you need them, and how they contribute immeasurably to each day??

In fact, everyone who has spoken a word of encouragement,?or loved us when we didn't feel loveable, or reminded us of how special we are when we didn't feel special, each one of those people has contributed to our character, our beliefs, and our success. Each one of those people deserves our gratitude because every beautiful moment is being helped by someone else. Having said that...... The way you live your life matters; you must love in order to receive love, you must be inclusive to be among the included, you must forgive in order to be forgiven, and you must give in order to receive. So, today have an attitude of gratitude......you will learn a lot from yourself if you can be still and ask the question "what and who am I grateful for?” And so, it is. Namaste.
Albert Schweitzer said "At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.?Each one of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us."
