Definition of essential: 1. Absolutely necessary; extremely important

I knew it long before Covid-19 came into any of our awareness – you are extremely important, you are absolutely necessary, you are ESSENTIAL! The work you do on behalf of our associate’s and our company – essential. Who you are, both within and outside the bounds of Lowe’s – essential.
