Thought that was another Regulation?

I know none of us want more "Red Tape" and for sure regulations by way of "nudge campaigns" a much lighter touch but, if neither legislation nor regulations mean employees going home safe that is also a problem versus and opportunity what what ?

Bad enough groups or clusters of up to '7' schools sharing a nurse and as reliant on local Paramedics to arrive before the ambulance now, unlikely to be there in '8' minutes and could be up to '80' odd minutes these days, leaving people to fend for themselves.

Then there has been the expediency of "reasonably foreseeable" if versus when the new Data Driven "Predictive Analytics and Risk Rating" of "Severity and Frequency" of stress related occupational health incidents or physical, so called, accidental injuries ?
