To those who are trying hard for the interviews - Don't give up!

People only fail because they get caught up into what winning was. You are supposed to fail at some point of time. You are supposed to get knocked down at some point of time, that’s how you learn. Perfection is only a word because imperfection was discovered. You can’t be perfect without knowing what imperfect is!

?You have to experience imperfection at some point to go now I am perfect and that’s how you become who you want to become!!?(copied)

Being a recruiter by profession I feel privileged to meet, interview and talk with so many people from different cultures and nationalities.

Everyday I meet so many people and sometimes they share their life stories with me, their setbacks, failures, achievements, sometimes they are unable to crack interviews and they come back and say now what to do, I failed in the interview??

This note is for those who are trying hard -?

• Nah nah nah nah! you don't give up!!, you stand up again, you try one more time and ones more and ones more, till you get it.?I am always there clapping for you
• Did you say something wrong in the interview? Ah don't be so hard on yourself, we all are human, our mind chatters a lot. We recruiters do understand that
• Do you think you don't meet the job criteria? You still apply for that job, don't self reject. If recruiters cannot find the exact fit, we do go for the next best
• Were you nervous in the interview? Hey! its okay, we all go nervous at some point of time
• Are you not feeling 100% ready for the interview? Always remember that brave people do things even before they are ready and it is so true
• You got a lot of rejection from past applications and doubting your self worth? Hey! You are a human being and a child of god, you possess infinite strength , power and wisdom to do great things and build a better future for yourself and for the others
• If you are not able to run then crawl but move ahead, if too exhausted then take a break and then move ahead one more time and again and again and ones again till infinity!

No matter how badly you perform in the interview you try one more time, learn from it and use your inner strength to move forward. Talk with people, find mentors! Ask for the feedback and learn from it. It is just a process of growth.?You will shine through!!

- - Last but not the least, no matter how badly you perform in the interview, ones you go home, you mum will still love you the same. ? - -
