Those who receive body to experience the fruit of previous life deeds, they are caused by deed and dependent on body.

On whose energy and sovereignty nature created universe and move-able and non move-able creatures, One who coordinate all functions of nature, One who own the worlds where creatures goes according to their deeds, such is the form of Divine-God. The Divine-God is independent, without any abnormality, best than letter “OM”, popular by name of “Prusotham” in scripture.
The ignorant consider Divine-God as ordinary human-body. Who is depended on own body, family, relatives, wealth-property and post-authority etc. Who derive respect and honor from the respect and honor of body, and family etc. Who consider himself great by acquiring materials and small if they lack materials. Who was absent in past and has appeared in between and will again disappear at end.
Those who receive body to experience the fruit of previous life deeds, they are caused by deed and dependent on body. The Divine-God is not caused by previous deed, He is not dependent on body, and He appears and disappears as per His own will (Shrimad 10/33/35). He appears by authorizing nature (4/6).
The ignorant and fool do not acknowledge the creator, shelter provider, infinite, self-sufficient and immortal Divine-God and consider Him as simple human-body. They start assuming mortal material as truth and continuously get indulge in accumulating materials and enjoying materialistic world and meet rebirth. Thus this is discarding and disobeys of Divine-God.
