I was horrified when this slide was put up at a quarterly business review with one of my suppliers...in front of my Channel Partners.

But the real truth of the matter was in the slide that came next. A complete reversal of my attitude, posture and confidence came with this second slide in the presentation. Zero to hero in my own mind in just a few, short seconds.

Both these slides relate to exactly the same financial period. So, if all the top line metrics were heading South, what did we do to achieve such great results in such a short space of time?
