Those Nagging Sunday Nights.....

Those Nagging Sunday Nights.....

Those nagging Sunday nights….

It’s well known that most hearts attacks occur around the world on a Monday morning between 4 and 10am.

Why?

Because most professionals in the corporate world today are experiencing high levels of stress which is slowly becoming the norm.

Is this something you can relate to?...

Are you one of those people that woke up this morning filled with dread and worry about the day ahead?

I know I definitely used to be….

That nagging Sunday night anxiety as you slowly begin to turn your mind towards what’s to come the following morning.

I remember that exact feeling.....

I used to do whatever it took to hide from the stress that faced me inside that office with no windows....

I would wake up and hate the fact that I was living by someone else’s rules…

At the same time I was completely undervalued in everything I did, which is something I witness so many experiencing today.

I was settling for a role that I started to resent, with my drive and enthusiasm for life slowly being squeezed out of me.

I felt the value I brought to the table being used and abused in every way they could think of…..

THE STRESS AND UNCERTAINTY WAS TAKING OVER!!

Choice is a funny old thing and most people currently feel like they don't have one.

Think of time when you've faced something that you previously pretended wasn't happening?....

How many people suppress facing the truth and allow STRESS to become a bigger part of their life than the things that are truly important to them?

I say too many of my clients “If something doesn’t feel good then why are you doing it…?

Why are you settling for that feeling of nagging anxiety and worry?

Here’s the thing….

YOU CAN CHOOSE TODAY TO MAKE SMALL TWEAKS THAT WILL REDUCE OR EVEN ELIMINATE THE STRESSES IN YOUR LIFE OVERALL.

The question is – when is the pain going to be bad enough to do something different?....
