Third Sale for Northumberland Street Liverpool!

The Centrelink building in Liverpool has sold for $52.5million, a 65% uplift from when it sold three years ago. A private investors saw the infrastructure boom and Western Sydney Airport happening within the Liverpool LGA and knew this was the time to strike.

What is interesting about this sale is that it is the third major sale in Northumberland Street over the past 9 months.

  1. Meriton, Northumberland Street
  2. Stirling Property Group, Northumberland Street
  3. Stanley Xue, Centrelink Liverpool

These are all new entrants into the Liverpool market and are signs that the world is now looking at Liverpool more and more due to the above mentioned infrastructure and sales occurring.

We are receiving interest from Sydney’s east to start looking at Liverpool off the back of these recent sales.
