Why MindSonar??

MindSonar is a method of measuring an individual’s thinking, actions, and behaviour and value system.

It is the first psychological measurement that is context-specific, that is, you can measure thinking styles in many different situations.

We all know people think and behave differently, i.e. they present different thinking styles when they are at work and when they are at home or chatting with close friends.

Business owners, business consultants, coaches, trainers and HR professionals who want a granular measurement and insight into human beings thinking and behaviour are using MindSonar.  

The measurement avoids putting people into boxes and through our expertise we help people and organisations to step beyond the box, overcome limitations and improve performance.

How does MindSonar work and helps organisations? 

·      First we determine the context that is to be measured 

·      Then we formulate a question the participant or organisation wants answering 

·      We invite the participant(s) to complete the online measurement  

·      The system generates a report on the values and thinking styles of the respondent.

·      A MindSonar professional sends the report to the participant(s), delivers feedback.

·      During feedback, strengths and areas for development are identified, and change work takes place.

MindSonar demystifies the language used by others and enables people to understand each other's styles. Showing how another person’s structured thinking styles and values are opposite to or similar to their own will change conflict into cooperation.

How does MindSonar work?

MindSonar is a system that measures value systems based on Spiral Dynamics theory, and thinking styles based on meta-programs theory. It gives a very detailed granular profile of a person revealing what motivates and drives them and how they think and behave. It is context-specific, which means it can precisely measure thinking styles in any situation. MindSonar is not a personality test that measures overall preferences which may be genetically determined. MindSonar measures how people think in certain circumstances, e.g. at work, managing people, delivering reports etc.

With MindSonar you will always be able to measure strengths and identify how to improve performance

What do you need to use MindSonar?

You have two pathways to use MindSonar in your organisation:

You can become a MindSonar professional or you can hire a MindSonar professional.

Becoming a MindSonar professional

To become MindSonar professional you need to attend 4 days training preceded by webinars, e-learning sessions and culminating in examination and certification.

During this training, you will acquire precise psychological knowledge and wisdom about human beings to be able to use the measurement accurately

Look for our certification training in these countries the USA, Canada, Southern America, Great Britain, Ireland, Western and Eastern Europe
